We kindly inform you that we are starting the registration process for Student Research Groups within the Students’ Scientific Society JU MC (STN) for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Registration takes place in three stages:
Stage I — Registration of the Students’ Scientific Group
Deadline: October 6–16 (until 11:45 PM)
During this stage, the Chair of the SSG completes the registration form, providing basic information about the Group and its planned activities. SSG’s that were registered in the 2024/2025 academic year are additionally required to fill out a brief activity report within the form.
Stage II — Submission of Activity Approval Confirmation
Deadline: October 20 – November 2 (until 11:45 PM)
During this stage, the Chair contacts potential members and submits the list of accepted members to the STN Board. At the same time, a scanned copy of the signed approval document from the Head of the unit (department, clinic, or institute) where the Group will operate must be submitted. The document from the Head of the unit must include a list of the members of the Students’ Scientific Group.
Stage II of SSG Registration — INSTRUCTIONS
Stage III — Registration of Group Members
Deadline: November 3–16
In this stage, individual students complete their personal registration. All members of the SSG must fill out the STN UJCM membership confirmation form, indicating all SSG’s to which they have been accepted.
